Below are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.  If you have a question that hasn't been answered below, feel free to send us a message or contact our Technical Telephone Support at (800) 215-0319.
  • What happens if it rains following my treatment?

Rain should not affect your Mosquito and Pest Control treatment.  Our Technicians will not apply the treatment if it is raining out.  The Mosuqito & Pest Control treatments, as well as the Flea & Tick Control, take a very short  amount of time to dry.  If  it should happen to rain the same day as you receive these applications, there shouldn't be any issues with the treatment working.  If for some reason you do feel like the treatment is not working properly, you have up to 14 days to notify us and we will send a Technician to your property to reterat free of charge.  Water is beneficial to GrubPro Control treatments as it waters the product into the soil for complete protection against grubs.

  • Will GrubPro Control get rid of moles on my property?

While moles do feed on grubs in lawns, their primary source of food is actually earthworms.  Having moles on your property is not always a sign of grub activity, and preventing the hatching of grubs does not guarantee that moles will go away because they do have alternative food sources.

  • Why am I seeing mosquitoes after my treatment?

It can take up to 3-5 days to see the full benefits of your mosquito treamtents.  Our Mosquito Control is a systemic product that aborbs into the plants and leaves that it is sprayed on.  Any mosquitoes that are resting on those leaves will immediately be controlled.  Any mosquitoes that are not in contact with the foliage take about 3 days to die off once they have landed on the foliage.  Also, keep in mind that each time it rains there is a new hatching of mosquitoes.  It takes a couple of days for those mosquitoes to die off after hatching. Finally, standing water such as buckets that are water-filled, or ornamental fountains and ponds are breeding grounds for mosquitoes and will make it harder to maintain that barrier against mosquitoes on your property.

  • Will the Mosquito & Pest Control take care of bees, boxelder bugs, stink bugs, and other flying insects?

Our Mosquito & Pest Control service is not guaranteed against flying insects such as bees, boxelder bugs, and stink bugs.  The treatment is a foundational spray that is applied 3 feet up the foundation of your home and 3 feet away.  It is not applied around windows of the home and becuase of this will only control for crawling insects such as spiders, earwigs, and ants.
